With over a billion users and auto loop and auto play functions, Facebook is a great platform to display your cinemagraphs.
There are two options for Facebook. First, when uploading your cinemagraph to Flixel.com, you can also post directly to Facebook. If you chose to upload directly to Facebook from the Cinemagraph Pro app, this post will feature a still image which links to the unique Flixel.com URL when clicked. Second, you can post your creation in video format so it will play on your Facebook page and on the news feeds of your friends.
Step 1: Export
Export your cinemagraph from either the Mac, iPhone or iPad app as an .mp4. Set the number of repetitions during export (20-30 seconds long is best).
Step 2: Upload
Easily upload the video to Facebook and post for your friends and followers to see!
Twitter is a fantastic social network for cinemagraphs and they play like an endless video in your Tweets. You can either use the link from Flixel.com, upload video through your phone, or post a GIF. Videos and GIFs autoplay in Twitter newsfeed.

Option 1: Add Link
You have the option to post to Twitter when uploading your cinemagraph to Flixel.com. If you’ve passed this stage, go to the cinemagraph you want to display on Flixel.com and press on the Twitter button at the bottom right corner. Simply post the tweet and share it with the world! The link will come up as a video with a play button. To have your favorite cinemagraph automatically play, pin it to your profile!
Option 2: Post Video *the ideal choice*
Export a looping video from Cinemagraph Pro, (around 20-30 seconds), and transfer the video to your phone. From here, simply add to your tweet and share.
Option 3: GIF
The third option is to export a GIF from Flixel Cinemagraph Pro for Mac, and add “photo” to your tweet. This works when you don’t want to share a video from your phone.
With the ability to upload 60 second videos that auto loop and auto play, Instagram is a great platform to show off your Flixels. With apps like Squaready, users are uploading portrait and landscape videos without having to cut out part of the frame. To create this effect, follow the steps below. Otherwise, use the Facebook export and loop steps above.
Step 1: Export
Loop and export your cinemagraph as an .mp4 from either your Mac, iPhone or iPad app. Make sure that the video is over 4 seconds, but under 60, so that the cinemagraph loops perfectly.
Step 2: Transfer Video File
After your video is exported, you can use air drop from Mac to iOS, or other file transfer software such as Dropbox or Adobe Creative Cloud.
Step 3: Fit to Frame
If you want your video to fit within the iconic Instagram square frame, then we’ve found the solution. Bring your cinemagraph into Squareready for Video or another app that fits the video into the frame. Export back to your camera roll.
Step 4: Upload
Upload to your Instagram account.
The great thing about Vine is that the whole premise of its platform is never-ending, looping videos.
The steps for posting to Vine are the same as Instagram, but Vines are only 7 seconds long. Make sure that your cinemagraph completes a full repetition in 7 seconds or less to ensure a seamless loop.
Google+ is a great place for networking and sharing your cinemagraphs with enthusiasts and professionals alike. Many photographers, videographers and marketers like yourself use this platform!
Step 1: Add Link
You can either go to the cinemagraph you want to display on Flixel.com and press on the Google+ button at the bottom right corner, or you can copy the unique URL associated with your Flixel, and paste it into your post.
Step 2: Post and Share
Simply post and share with your network of followers. The cinemagraph will appear and automatically loop!

Can't save flixel cinemagraphs to my library. Also when i send it to myself via email and then want to save it, it doesn't work.
I've got an iphone 4s with the newest ios on it and downloaded cinemagraph yesterday and yes i buyed the app for ~50 $ so i would be happy to do this!
Sharing directly on instagram from the app does not work either. So if you could fix this asap that would be great!
